At 18:00 Leader Stockholmsbygd's chairman Sune Fogelström and NN, Österåker municipality welcome
At 18:15 Three leader projects present their experiences and the added value the leader method brings.
- Patrik Franke talks about the project Performing arts in the archipelago. The project organizes theater performances in collaboration between professional performing arts and local associations and businesses, for archipelago residents and visitors both during the summer and off-season. Within the project, a theater workshop for youth aged 16 – 25 is also run. The project is carried out in the summers of 2023 and 2024, and Patrik will share the experiences and lessons learned from the first year.
- Per Persson and Amelia Morey Strömberg present the project General Models for small-scale water and sewage solutions, which is being implemented on Björkö, Möja, and Ornö. The project aims to identify models for constructing small-scale shared water and sewage solutions in areas with limited access to groundwater and where saltwater intrusion may be feared. The project is still ongoing, and we will hear more about the process, collaborations, and what conclusions have been drawn so far.
- Leader Stockholmsbygd is running a project focused on place development, Smart neighborhoods create sustainable places. The project is in its early stages and wants to collaborate with interested communities to explore how, for example, new digital technology can improve the service and attractiveness of places for residents (and visitors). Project manager Elin Lovén will share what activities are planned and which communities are already underway with their processes.
